About Me

Hello there! I am Allen, a software engineer at Google. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a M.S. in EECS and a B.A. in Computer Science and Data Science. My research interests lie at the intersection of data science and education. Feel free to check out my LinkedIn and GitHub.

At Berkeley, I helped teach Data Engineering, CS 186, and Data 100. I also helped write several new sections to the online textbooks of Data 100 (link) and CS 61A (link).

In my free time, I enjoy collecting (but rarely playing) video games, following all kinds of sports, and listening to music (VGM especially). Sometimes, I also write about random things and take random photos.
